Just like a university education, you will choose a major and minor and we will design specific coursework for you in the gym to achieve your goals. The 100 series is all about the fundamentals, with intensity and effort increasing in the 200 series. In the 300 series you will start to specialize toward your major and minor goals. In the 400 series you will choose a graduation date and we will tailor your program for you to hit your peak fitness goals on that date.
You will start with 100 series coursework in the gym that will arm you with proper body mechanics, test your mobility, coach you through a full range of motion, and then transition you to the specific exercises and programming you need to meet your customized goals. Just like a university education, you will chose a major and minor, and your coursework will reflect your specific goals. Next, you will advance to 200 series coursework in the gym that will grow in intensity and effort to maximize your results while minimizing injury risk. You will become expert in all of the major compound weightlifting movements, and you will start to branch off to more advanced or more tailored programming to zero-in on your specific goals, address weak points, and provide enough variety to keep fitness fun and engaging. Remember your major and minor? Now is time to demonstrate the progress you have made toward those goals. You will set specific, quantifiable metrics for your fitness performance, periodically test your progress, and refine your goals. At this point you are preparing to graduate by achieving the fitness goals you chose when you began the curriculum. You will choose a “graduation date” and your coursework will be designed for you to hit your peak body composition, strength, flexibility, or energy goals. Upon graduation you will likely be a fitness expert yourself and we will be here to continue to support your fitness as you seek to sustain your peak fitness, or choose another goal. At that point we offer one-on-one customized coaching via an app with regular check-ins.
