At Sustained-Strength, we’re focused on a fitness education that fits into your busy life. We understand your life, because it is similar to our own. The realities of raising kids, sustaining relationships, succeeding in demanding careers, and managing injuries can often take a toll on our fitness. We get it, and we have worked for years to develop an effective solution.
We call it The Curriculum. It is modeled after a university education, with 100, 200, 300, and 400 series courses taught by highly credentialed experts that guide your progress. As you advance, you will choose a major and minor and fine tune your fitness programming to meet your specific goals. You will be supported the entire way with free on-line fitness context, specific work out programs that are often free or very inexpensive, and opportunities to test your progress against yourself and your peers.
